For the past 13 years I have steadily tread my way through a good portion of Hunter Thompson's gonzo canon. Presently, I am reading the reissue of The Great Shark Hunt, a collection of "tales" roughly spanning 1965-1975.
Reading this reminded me of Thompson's 2003 collection Kingdom of Fear
