  1. Hi Justin,

I’ve been listening to your show on Sirius XMU for awhile and I just wanted to say that I truly appreciate you and your work. I don’t always love the stuff you play, but I always respect it and I often learn new things. I think music history should be taught more in the classroom (or outside of the classroom, but also outside of the popular spectrum of strictly Top 20 hits). I love that you include so many genres and eras in the records on your playlists. I love continuing to educate myself on the evolution of music and hope to someday teach my daughter (who is currently four years old) to at least appreciate artists outside of what happens to be playing around her (even though for now, she’s only exposed to awesome tracks since that’s all I play–haha). Anyway, just wanted to give you a shout out and say to keep up the groovy tunes and if you ever write a book or teach a class, I would love to get involved.
