Heads up gang, I am catching a red-eye to Austin tonight until Sunday evening for SXSW. Look for some interviews, stories, anecdotes, etc., etc. upon my return. You may have read about this documentary the past few months as it made some of the film festival rounds. Next month it is out on DVD with interviews with all of the surviving Dolls, Morrissey, Bob Geldof, Iggy Pop, etc. What I personally am interested in though, is the special feature where you can watch the entire twenty minute Morrissey interview. Tonight I went and saw, the Jonathan Demme directed, Neil Young: Heart of Gold Movie . Filmed in Nashville at the famed Ryman auditorium, it was a fine way to kick off his latest album with an incredible band backing him (some players going back 35 years.)
